Online - Good Day Yoga

This general yoga class is designed to get you breathing, moving, and focusing for a good day. I teach in the Viniyoga style, which blends breath and movement for a calm, balanced experience. The class is suitable for those who can get down to the floor and back up with no problem.

Online or In-Person - Personalized Yoga Therapy Session

Yoga therapy uses the tools of yoga to address your unique health condition or concern. We'll conduct an intake to gather background information, and then create a program that fits your needs and goals.

Online Chair Yoga

This class includes yoga postures, breath exercises, relaxation, and meditation. We'll work seated in the chair, along with some standing postures. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Always check with your physician before beginning any new exercise program.

How Yoga Helped Me Through Cancer

When I went through breast cancer, my yoga practice was indispensable. I wrote "Hello, Nausea. How Are You Today? How Yoga Helped Me Through Cancer" to help others find ways to manage their symptoms and experiences. The result is part memoir and part yoga exercise manual, which can be helpful for anyone going through chronic illness or just going through life!
