Yoga Teacher/Therapist Mentoring

Even after completing yoga teacher or therapist training, many people continue to look for guidance as they integrate the teachings into their own life and practice, as well as into their professional offerings.

I offer mentoring services to Viniyoga students and graduates, and specialize in helping alumni of American Viniyoga Institute trainings. Mentoring may include:

• Consulting on yoga therapy cases

• Brainstorming ideas for yoga or yoga therapy classes/series

• Helping to organize/plan lesson plans and practice sequences

• Providing feedback on ethical, professional, educational issues

• Co-creating personal practice plans

I am a certified yoga therapist, with a background in adult education. As lead faculty and mentor for American Viniyoga Institute's professional yoga therapist training program, I have mentored many students through our comprehensive and challenging training.
